Registration Information

Roommates

Roommates are automatically assigned by grade level, age, and gender. Specific roommates may be requested. They must be the same grade level, age, and gender as your child. We strongly urge you to contact your child's requested roommate early to confirm that he/she would like to room with your child and that they will be attending camp.

Sibling Discounts

Families registering two or more siblings may take a $15 discount off the second and each additional child's registration fee. Sibling discounts may not be applied to the deposit.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $250 must accompany each child's registration.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

The All-Arts & Sciences Camp's refund and cancellation policies are based on our investment in staff, supplies, housing and dining contracted before the start of each camp session. If you cancel your campers' registration by the schedule below, you may be entitled to a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit). If you cancel after the designated dates, you will forfeit your total payment except in the case of the camper's serious illness or injury (with documentation from physician) or the death of an immediate family member. Campers who leave camp during a camp session for one of these reasons will receive a pro-rated refund (less the non-refundable deposit.)

A camper who exhibits emotional, psychological or behavioral conditions which are disruptive to the camp program or harmful to him/herself, or who uses illegal drugs, alcohol or tobacco may be dismissed with no refund.

To be considered for a refund you must submit a letter to the Division of Continual Learning's Refund Committee outlining the reasons for cancellation and provide appropriate documentation within 30 days of your cancellation. The Refund Committee will send a decision about your refund request by mail on or before the last week in August 2008.
